2. Information We Collect
Identity & Contact Data: Name, email, and organization details. Usage & Technical Data: IP addresses, login data, browser type, and interaction metrics with the antbase dashboard. Input Data: Project names, task descriptions, and workload details. AI Interaction Data: Prompts and data provided to the AI features for processing.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data under the following legal bases: Contractual Necessity: To provide the product management tools and workload views. Legitimate Interest: To improve our AI algorithms and ensure platform security. Consent: Where you have explicitly opted into marketing or specific AI data-sharing features.
4. International Data Transfers (Singapore)
Your data is stored and processed on servers located in Singapore. Compliance: We ensure that the transfer of data outside of Thailand is conducted in compliance with Sections 28 and 29 of the PDPA. Security: Our Singapore-based hosting providers maintain high-level security certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2) to ensure a level of protection equivalent to Thai law.
5. AI Data Processing and Sub-processors
To provide AI features, we may share anonymized or pseudonymized data with third-party AI sub-processors (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud AI). Privacy Guardrails: We utilize Enterprise-grade API connections where available to ensure your data is not used to train the public models of these third-party providers.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. Upon account termination, data is deleted or anonymized within ninety (90) days, unless retention is required for legal or regulatory compliance.
