Terms of Service
1. Acceptance and Scope
By accessing antbase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you represent an organization, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind said organization to these Terms.
2. AI Capabilities and Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service utilizes third-party artificial intelligence models to provide workload analysis and management suggestions. As-Is Basis: The Service and all AI-generated outputs are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. No Guarantee of Accuracy: We do not warrant that AI-generated suggestions will be error-free, commercially viable, or fit for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any AI output before implementation. Liability Limitation: Magnetolabs Co., Ltd. shall not be held liable for any business interruptions or financial losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property: All software, algorithms, UI/UX designs, and the "antbase" trademark are the exclusive property of Magnetolabs Co., Ltd. User Content: You retain ownership of any data or tasks you input into the Service. You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service. Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback provided by you may be used by us without compensation or credit.
4. Subscription, Payments, and Taxes
Billing: Fees are billed in advance. Failure to pay within the specified timeframe may result in immediate suspension of the Service. Taxes: Unless otherwise stated, all fees are exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes under Thai law. Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable except where required by mandatory Thai consumer protection laws.
5. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magnetolabs Co., Ltd. and its directors from and against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from: Your violation of these Terms. Any infringement of third-party intellectual property through the data you upload. Your misuse of the AI features.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Thailand, the Company's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
