1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AntBase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. AntBase is a project management and workload planning tool designed for teams. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
2. Use License & Restrictions
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AntBase for managing your team's projects and tasks. You may not: (a) reverse engineer or decompile the service; (b) use AntBase to develop competing products; (c) remove or alter any proprietary notices; (d) access AntBase through automated means without permission; (e) upload malicious content or interfere with service operations.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others. You must comply with all applicable laws and not use AntBase for illegal purposes, harassment, or violation of others' rights.
4. Content Ownership & Rights
You retain all rights to content you upload to AntBase. By uploading content, you grant us the right to store, process, and display it within your workspace and to authorized team members. We do not claim ownership of your project data, tasks, or documents.
5. Service Availability & Limitations
AntBase is provided 'as is' without warranties. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Your sole remedy for service issues is discontinuation of your account.
6. Termination & Data
We may terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your account data will be retained for 30 days during which you can request download or deletion. After 30 days, all data associated with the account will be permanently deleted.
